Alejandra created geNEOus because the archaic landscape of traditional education marketing and recruitment needed a fresh start. So many organizations which simply offered the same old same, did not stand for anything other than growth, and kept their clients dependent on them as long as possible.

By working with fewer clients in more personal ways, being unafraid to embrace innovation, and bringing a strong set of core values into the business, Alejandra has carved her own path. She has worked within and together with big and small institutions, in Europe, the US and LATAM for many years, and brings not only a network of connections but a deep knowledge of the world of education marketing and recruitment. As a matter of fact, she is now undergoing her 5th year in the Marketing & Admissions Thematic Committee of the EAIE (European Association for International Education), the major conference and community for leaders in European education institutions. She has also been recognized by The PIE within the Top 50 Voices to be followed in international education in their 2023 edition.

And the CEO part? Instead of the traditional Chief Executive Officer, Alejandra has shifted her focus to being Chief Empowerment Officer. Indeed, she founded geNEOus on principles of trust, purpose, and connection; meaning we take our work, but not ourselves, seriously.

We are particular about maintaining quality relationships as well as quality work.  Alejandra is always involved and on-hand for check-in meetings if required, though it is Sole and the rest of the team who will be driving the project forward and working with you day-to-day.
