Ashley worked in the fast-paced study abroad market for years before joining geNEOus, so we knew she could handle the pace of a growing business. However, it was Ashley’s desire for freedom and flexibility that brought us together. 

What Ashley loves most is working with and learning from others, while feeling empowered and trusted to be the best version of yourself. That, as it happens, is exactly what we have tried to build into the geNEOus Community.

Ashley seamlessly transitions from her analytical prowess in crafting and refining marketing and admission processes, integrating them into CRM architecture, to her adept technical role as a Full Stack Developer. Her expertise spans from meticulously mapping the student journey to architecting and implementing innovative solutions.
