Ashley is our Growth Hacker. It is because of her adaptability and her comfort at being outside her comfort zone that Ashley is simply excellent at what she does. 

Ashley worked in the fast-paced study abroad market for years before joining geNEOus, so we knew she could handle the pace of a growing business. However, it was Ashley’s desire for freedom and flexibility that brought us together. 

The strange irony is that in Ashley’s previous role, though much time was spent meticulously organizing every aspect of a student’s study abroad program to ensure they felt supported and ready to go, Ashley prefers to go solo and off-piste in her own life.  

You see the tourists following the guide with the red umbrella around the city streets? That’s not Ashley; setting off herself to do her master’s degree in Spain, and organizing every aspect herself. Independent, self-motivating and able to handle challenges, Ashley is an asset to geNEOus and our clients. 

What Ashley loves most is working with and learning from others, while feeling empowered and trusted to be the best version of yourself. That, as it happens, is exactly what we have tried to build into the geNEOus Community.
